Our company is dedicated to providing the best possible customer service to our subscribers, sponsoring employers and providing Plan Attorneys.

Full-time Subscriber Relations Department
Though our plan is based on the traditional, confidential, attorney-client relationship, we maintain a full time department to address any questions or concerns our Subscribers, sponsoring employers, or Plan Attorneys might have about their Plan and/or Plan Attorney. Our goal is to administer legal care, with customer care.

Subscriber Satisfaction is the key to our success. In addition to the availability of our Subscriber Relations Department, we also survey the members in each sponsoring employer group each year to be sure. This helps ensure that you are getting the service you are paying for.

Full-time Billing and Data Maintenance Department
If our Sponsoring employers or Subscribers would like to discuss a billing, accounting or data entry matter, they will be directed to an individual who will personally address and follow-up regarding the situation.
