We make ourselves available to support you! When you call our corporate office during regular business hours, you will speak to a person and be directed to the appropriate person to address your matter.

Our company is dedicated to providing the best possible customer service to our members, sponsoring employers and providing Plan Attorneys.

Full-time Member Services Department
Though our plan is based on the traditional, confidential, attorney-client relationship, we maintain a full time department to address any questions or concerns our Members, sponsoring employers, or Plan Attorneys might have about their Plan and/or Plan Attorney. Our goal is to administer legal care, with customer care.

Member Satisfaction is the key to our success. In addition to the availability of our Member Services Department, we also survey the members in each sponsoring employer group each year to be sure. This helps ensure that you are getting the service you are paying for.

Full-time Billing and Data Maintenance Department
If our Sponsoring employers or Members would like to discuss a billing, accounting or data entry matter, they will be directed to an individual who will personally address and follow-up regarding the situation.
