Is there a waiting period for legal services? Are there any restrictions in the number of hours in any given service provided?
There are no waiting periods for covered services. The covered services have no hourly restrictions on use. The only administrative requirement for the employer is processing the monthly payroll deduction subscriber fee. The Master Plan has no co-payments, no claim forms, no fee schedules, no deductibles, and no minimum or maximum usage caps on any of the fully covered benefits.

In addition to the fully covered benefits, the Expanded Coverage Rider/Extended Benefits and the National Protection Rider are provided at no additional cost.
