What if I leave my company in three or four months? What happens to my coverage?
You can continue your membership with Legal Resources through an individual payment plan. You may choose one of three easy payment options. The current low individual rate is $22.00 per month. You should receive a letter in the mail from Legal Resources explaining your options for continuation of coverage. If you do not receive a letter, please contact our Subscriber Relations Department at (757) 498-1220 or Outside Hampton Roads, Virginia, at (800) 728-5768. The Legal Resources Plan is not offered to the general public so this is your only chance for an individual membership.

If you are retiring from a Plan Sponsor, you may be eligible to keep your sponsor's group rate for as long as you continually maintain your legal plan coverage. Please contact Legal Resources Subscriber Relations Department to see if you qualify for this benefit.
