Representation of Member in connection with any action which may be brought in the District Court against a manufacturer, distributor, service agency or retailer for defects in any merchandise, article or service or in recovery on any warranty or guarantee whether implied or expressly given in connection with the sale of any merchandise, article or service, where such claim is in excess of $400. Personal injury claims as a result of such defects are specifically excluded.
