Covered Persons
The legal services provided by the Plan Attorney shall be available to the following covered persons, (if identified in the Subscriber Enrollment Form), who shall be related to the Subscriber as follows:
1) Subscriber and spouse, residing in same residence.
2) Unmarried child (including adopted, step, and foster child) under 19 years of age who has the same address as the Subscriber and/or is dependent upon the Subscriber for support and maintenance.
3) A widow, widower, or a child of a deceased Subscriber (who was enrolled at the time of death), except as to matters arising out of the Subscribers death in which case the individuals shall be considered dependents until the matters are concluded.
4. An unmarried child (including adopted, step, and foster child) under 23 years of age, who is dependent upon the Subscriber for support and maintenance and enrolled in a recognized full-time course of study at high-school or college. Representation availability is based on the Subscriber's Covered Area.
