In the event of a contested divorce/separation matter or family law issues which arise subsequent to the divorce/separation, representation by your Plan Attorney will require a separate fee. In these matters your plan provides a twenty five percent (25%) attorney fee and /or legal assistant/paralegal fee discount or reduced rate on customary and usual fees is provided.
