Contested Divorce
In the event of a contested divorce/separation matter or family law issues which arise subsequent to the divorce/separation, representation by your Plan Attorney will require a separate fee as stated under the Expanded Coverage Rider/Extended Benefits. A twenty five percent (25%) attorney fee and /or legal assistant/paralegal fee discount or reduced rate on customary and usual fees. Where specialized Plan Attorney services are available, Plan Attorney Firm will evaluate all factors, before representation will be provided.
