Representation of Covered Person in connection with any claim against his or her insurer by reason of failure to provide or pay the benefits as contracted for and general advice as to interpretation of any policy provision. Includes: Accident and Health, Life Annuity, Fire, Automobile and Homeowners. Litigation limited to District Court. In the event of litigation, the conditions set for the in "Civil Actions (Plaintiff)" shall apply.
