In Virginia may also include a simple contingent trust provision for children in the event of the death of both parents.
In Maryland and the District of Columbia may also include a provision for a transfer under the Uniform Transfer to Minors Act for the benefit of each child in the event of the death of his/her parents.
This Will may include, at Member's request, an Advanced Medical Directive (Medical Durable Powers of Attorney and the preparation of "Living Wills") and Financial Powers of Attorney.
