Representation before the District Court for misdemeanor traffic offenses for Covered Person with a valid driver's license not subject to restriction or suspension at the time of infraction (See Expanded Coverage Rider/Extended Benefits). Alcohol or controlled substance related traffic offenses are limited to first offense only.
