Failure to Appear
Your plan provides discounted representation for probation violations, bond hearings, and/or violations of existing court orders, and capias charges (failure to appear). A twenty five percent (25%) attorney fee and /or legal assistant/paralegal fee discount or reduced rate on customary and usual fees is provided.
