Offenses on a Suspended License
Representation before the District Court for misdemeanor traffic offenses for Covered Person with a valid driver's license not subject to restriction or suspension at the time of the infraction (See Expanded Coverage Rider/Extended Benefits). Alcohol related traffic offenses are limited to first offense only.

If offenses occurred on a suspended license, your plan provides discounted representation. A twenty five percent (25%) attorney fee and /or legal assistant/paralegal fee discount or reduced rate on customary and usual fees is provided.
