Pre-existing Offenses
Offenses are pre-existing if the matter requiring legal services originated prior to the effective date of the Member Enrollment Form and involved the commencement of any legal action or legal proceedings by or against the Member. The issuance of a traffic citation is the commencement of a legal action.

Your plan provides discounted representation for pre-existing matters. A twenty five percent (25%) attorney fee and /or legal assistant/paralegal fee discount or reduced rate on customary and usual fees is provided.
