Plan Attorney will also provide advice to Covered Person in connection with problems they may encounter as beneficiaries, administrators, or executors with respect to any estate, provided that the estate is not of a size to require the filing of a Federal estate tax return. However, this provision shall not require the attorney to act as administrator or executor of such estate. If you retain your Plan Attorney for representation in an estate matter your plan provides for discounted representation. A twenty five percent (25%) attorney fee and /or legal assistant/paralegal fee discount or reduced rate on customary and usual fees.
